Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Disassemble the gear if necessary and securely pack it in the original RitFit boxes, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
