Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For oversized items like power racks and weight benches, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely.
Do you offer a warranty on RitFit products?
Yes, we provide a comprehensive warranty on our equipment. Most strength training gear is covered for 1 to 3 years against structural defects, while accessories typically have a 30-day to 1-year warranty.
What is your return policy for fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on heavy equipment.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
Are RitFit power racks compatible with other brands' attachments?
Our racks generally use standard 2x2 or 3x3 steel tubing with 1-inch or 5/8-inch holes. While many universal attachments fit, we recommend using RitFit authorized accessories for the best fit and safety.
